Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will deliver on UNIFIED Music Group’s corporate brand strategy to successfully position us as an employer of choice within the entertainment, tech and fashion industries.

The role will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to deliver the key elements of the internal employee experience as part of the People Of UNIFIED Strategy.

The role will be responsible for UNIFIED Music Group’s digital content, asset development and the voice of the brand’s internal and external communications.

This Marketing & Communications Coordinator will also support the UNIFIED Artist Management and UNIFIED Touring and Events (Festival) divisions to deliver projects as required.

Key Tasks

Create meaningful employee engagement with thoughtful internal communications:

  • Work with People & Culture team to create and distribute assets for internal announcements, internal events, and internal programs

  • Work with People & Culture team to gather content, build and distribute the quarterly UNIFIED Times digital newsletter

Successfully position UMG as an Employer of Choice within the wider industry:

  • Manage UNIFIED Music Group website, delivering regular content updates for Careers and News pages

  • Implement social media management systems and oversee all key UMG social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Design assets for digital campaigns, aligning with UNIFIED’s Brand Guidelines

  • Work with Communications Partner and People & Culture Manager to contribute to the approval of Corporate Announcements and Press Release copy

  • Support key leaders to build own LinkedIn profiles, and deliver copy for major announcements

  • Drive monthly UNIFIED Marketing Alliance meetings, administer notes, and track goals/outcomes

  • Work with People & Culture Manager to execute on digital campaigns for industry initiatives

Support key UNIFIED projects for Head Office Services:

  • Support stakeholder group to deliver the quarterly UNIFIED UPFRONT, working with UNIFIED Artist Management and UNIFIED Recorded Music divisions

  • Distribute incoming Brand Partnership requests for artists where necessary

  • Work with Red Hill Entertainment’s festival operations team to help deliver Festival Partnerships on ground during festival season (October 2022 to April 2023)
